As they gather in these perches during the night, VacuMite silently sucks them away, depositing them into a central collection bin located in the technical room. It’s a seamless and efficient process that controls red mite infestations. As mites are removed frequently from the perch, VacuMite supports farmers to control red mites in the barn. The VacuMite is designed exclusively for use with VDL Jansen's Comfort 2.0 and Comfort 2.0INSIDE aviary systems, ensuring optimal performance and ease of integration. It is possible, when building the aviary system, to prepare it for placing and installing the VacuMite system at a later time.
