EGG PACKER FOR HATCHING EGGS

The VDL Jansen egg packer is robust and made of high quality non-corrosive material. The careful treatment of the eggs results in more first class (hatching) eggs.

HIGH SETTING ACCURACY
The suction cups have minimal contact with the eggs preventing them from contamination. The eggs are placed with perfect point setting.

INTEGRATED DE-NESTER
It contains an integrated ‘de-nester’ which automatically separates egg trays from the stack and places the trays on the conveyor.

USER-FRIENDLY
The hatchery packer for hatching eggs is easily operated through a control panel. The packer has an ergonomic design and is available in a wide range of capacities and lay-outs.
